We thought it would
be fun to photographically track the construction progress of the new Luxxe III Tower.
We heard last year that it would be called Luxxe Punta, to commemorate
Punta Nuevo, which is the name of the point someone gave to the end of
the promenade opposite the bird sanctuary. Last February, Linda sent us
a similar picture. Only, it was the beginning of the Grand Bliss.
Today, the Grand
Bliss is nearly complete. We do not know when it will open, but it
could be in 2010. Let us know if you have a date that is more specific
than "sometime this year".
This page will chronicle the construction. We
welcome all photos and comments. Should be lots of fun to watch this
building rise from the sand.
